Yes!!! Changing carriers is easy with us, we welcome your application and can quickly determine your eligibility for a new free phone and free monthly service.
Yes!!! As long as we are open, we do same day enrollment and activation. Application to activation typically takes 20 minutes. Wait times will vary depending upon how many applications are in progress.
Yes!!! If you are enrolled with a different carrier, we welcome your application. We can quickly assess your eligibility for a new free phone and free montly service. Carriers all have their own rules for phone replacement on active accounts, please contact your carrier if you do not wish to switch to a new carrier. If you apply in the store and we discover that you are enrolled with the same carrier, we will let you know and provide you with the correct customer service phone number to contact for assistance. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to provide replacements or service on existing accounts in the store, we only process new enrollments.
There are a few reasons that we may be closed during normal business hours.
1. The national verification system is offline. When this occurs we have no control or knowledge regarding timelines. If this happens, we may close the store until systems are restored.
2. Our carrier did not provide us enough inventory. When inventory is not expected to arrive the same day, we may close the store and reopen when the inventory arrives.
3. We are family owned and operated. Occasionally we have a family illness or other issues that requires us to close the store during normal business hours.
